Community Coach, a service of the Council on Aging of Martin County, is the public transportation service for Martin County as designated by the Martin County Board of County Commissioners. Community Coach provides a curb-to-curb, advance reservation, shared ride transportation service and also operates fixed-route services in Indiantown and Stuart.

Community Transit, a division of Council on Aging of St. Lucie, Inc. (COASL), is the public transit provider for St. Lucie County through a contract with the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County. Community Transit has been servicing St. Lucie County since 1990 as a demand response system.
