Dear Colleen,

Thank you for the material you sent. For the past few days Marie and I have been driving around the priviate home areas to get a sense of what we would like to find in a house location. This morning, when we were having breakfast overlooking the sea and sky, we concluded that a house in Florida is not for us. The density of population and close proximity of the houses, even in the best of communities in our price range is not what would make us happpy.
