ABOUT COLLEEN

Thanks for taking the time to learn more about me. My name is Colleen Sample of RE/MAX of Stuart and I will be your guide to the beautiful homes here on the Treasure Coast. I work in three of the Treasure Coast's counties; Martin County, St. Lucie County and Palm Beach County. I can show you what all of the towns here have to offer, including Stuart, Palm City, Hobe Sound, Jensen Beach, Hutchinson Island, Port St. Lucie, Fort Pierce and North Palm Beach to Tequesta.

I've been excelling in real estate for over twenty years. I have the experience to support you in your endeavor whether you are buying or selling. I specialize in waterfront views, golf course properties and everything in between. I am a graduate of the REALTOR® Institute and I have won the RE/MAX 100% Club Award.

In addition to my real estate background, I've been a citizen of Stuart Florida for over twenty two years. My extensive knowledge of the area is unparalleled. I'm very active in the community. In the past, I have been a member of the Martin County Art Advisory Board, a PTA President, Chairman of advertising for Murray Middle School PTA, an Assistant Girl Scout Leader, a teacher's helper at Pinewood Elementary School and a volunteer and donor for the Stuart Sailfish Virtual Fishing Tournament for Palm City Elementary School. Currently I am a Chairman of Government Affairs, I was a Delegate for Realtor Days at the State Capitol in Tallahassee, I am Vice President of the Woodlands Homeowners Association, Chairman of Save Our Salerno Road, member of Friends of the Library, member of Stuart Sailfish Club, donor for the SPAM Robotics Club at South Fork High School.

I spend a lot of my spare time near the water. I go to the beach regularly to enjoy the surf and sun. I also go fishing and snorkeling on my boat. I've placed in the Stuart Sailfish Tournament and won the Polly Whippen Award, which is where the above photo was taken. Besides the ocean, I love music and the theatre. In my free time, I visit old homes and museums in all the cities I travel to.

I make sure to help out the city and the nation I love. A portion of my commission is donated to the Children's Miracle Network, the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, the Salvation Army, the Disabled American Veterans, Dogs and Cats Forever, the Humane Society, the Muscular Dystrophy Association, White Doves and even Toys for Tots.
